COVID-19 Company Update

With many local officials loosening COVID-19 related restrictions, we want to let you know that your safety, as well as the safety of your staff and visitors to our shopping centers, is our highest priority. To ensure that each shopping center managed by ACF remains a safe work environment during this unprecedented time, we all need a concerted effort by all parties, including Tenants, vendors, property visitors, and ACF.
As is the case since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, we ask Tenants to devise their own policies to mitigate the risk of transmission of COVID-19 and we encourage you to follow all Federal, State and local government guidelines as you start to re-open your business. One particularly important initiative that was established early in the pandemic is for Tenants to follow CDC guidelines in the event a staff member tests positive or is presumed positive (i.e. self-quarantining, tracing, etc.).
